please help us in convincing the bank officials

every day almost 100000000 transactions are being done across the country and for every transaction we get a paper slip. and 18000 such slips are produced by cutting one tree.(since 6 slips equals to one A4 size paper and 3000 A4 papers require cutting of one tree)so every day we are cutting 5555 trees ...or apx 5000 trees to produce enough paper required for our transactions..if the atm machine settings are changed such that we get an option to get a reciept or not for every transaction, then we can save a lot of trees .let us not forget the fact that a single tree cannot absorb more than 1 tonne of carbondioxide.so saving 5000 trees per day means 1825000 trees per annum can be savedthis can make a huge difference.in the process of taking this issue to the bank officials... we are in need of a SKILLED WRITER who can write an effective letter to convince the higher officials and make this thing happen as soon as possible so that we can save a lot of trees with a single decisioni request one and all to give their views
